1. General Policy

All IPTV, reseller and restream payments are non-refundable. Once your account is activated, no refund will be issued under any condition.

No refund due to device issues
No refund for wrong package selection
No refund if your internet/WiFi is weak

2. Free Test Line

You must test the service first. The free test helps you verify:

Channel quality
Stability during live events
Compatibility with your device
Your internet performance

3. No Refund After Activation

Once activated, the service is considered fully delivered and cannot be refunded.

4. Disputes

Any PayPal / bank dispute opened after activation will be responded with activation logs, test records and usage proof. Disputes always close in our favor.
