1. General Policy

All IPTV, reseller and restream payments are non-refundable. Once your account is activated, no refund will be issued under any condition.

  • No partial refund
  • No refund due to device issues
  • No refund for wrong package selection
  • No refund if your internet/WiFi is weak

2. Free Test Line

You must test the service first. The free test helps you verify:

  • Channel quality
  • Stability during live events
  • Compatibility with your device
  • Your internet performance

3. No Refund After Activation

Once activated, the service is considered fully delivered and cannot be refunded.

4. Disputes

Any PayPal / bank dispute opened after activation will be responded with activation logs, test records and usage proof. Disputes always close in our favor.
