More than one test can be arranged before payment. That is not an unlimited number of tests.
Policy details
1. General policy
All IPTV, reseller and restream payments are non-refundable. Once your account is activated, no refund will be issued under any condition. Once activated, the service is considered fully delivered and cannot be refunded.
- No partial refund
- No refund due to device issues
- No refund for wrong package selection
- No refund if your internet or Wi‑Fi is weak
2. Trials before payment
Where a test is offered, use it to check channel quality, stability during live events, compatibility with your device, and your internet performance.
- Personal IPTV: a 24-hour trial. Request a 24-hour test.
- Restream: a 12-hour trial with 10 connections. No IP whitelist is required for the trial. See Restream plans.
- These trial lengths do not apply to reseller panel accounts or CCCam lines. The reseller page does not offer a free reseller account. Ask on WhatsApp whether a CCCam test is available for your receiver.
- If you are unsure, more than one test can be arranged before payment. That arrangement is not an unlimited entitlement.
3. Disputes
If a payment dispute is opened after activation, BIGO may supply relevant activation, delivery, and support records when responding. This page does not decide the payment provider’s ruling.
